• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

meritrealm ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees assessed when the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing begins soon after an order is placed.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows delivery but your package has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
